When you work with the Administration tool, you may meet this error: 

[nQsError: 35008] An error occurred while trying to check out
objects from the server. Please verify the server set up.

My Experience with this error

You may meet this errors when a previous Administration session is not properly terminated. You will see then in the session manager a ghost session.

The last active time is set on 1900-01-01.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to disconnect an Administration session and then you have to reboot the BI Server.
