The engine is located here:
/FusionMiddeleWareHome/oracle_common/common/bin/wlst
The WLST home directory is located at WL_HOME/common/wlst. You can customize the default WLST home directory by passing the following argument on the command line:
-Dweblogic.wlstHome=<another-directory>
