OBIEE 11G - Central configuration through Fusion Middleware Control

Fusion Middleware Control allows to update/manage some configuration setting through its web interface.

You should not manually update this configuration settings (that are managed by Fusion Middleware Control) without disabling Fusion Middleware Control. Otherwise, your manual changes are overwritten when the Administration Server is restarted, or if changes are activated.

Example of Options controlled by Fusion Middleware Control:

• Repository File: This option controls the current published repository.
• Disallow Online RPD Updates: This option controls whether the Administration Tool opens in read-only mode when connected to the Oracle BI Server.
