Consideration vs Attention Span

People don't have short attention spans:

They have short consideration spans: they must be hooked quickly.

Point: Don't fear making great, in-depth content. But, ensure your first minute is incredible.

Example

Happiness is really just about four things:

  • perceived control,
  • perceived progress,
  • connectedness (number and depth of your relationships),
  • and vision/meaning (being part of something bigger than yourself).
