The repository has a password that it's used to encrypt its content. You may change it with the obieerpdpwdchg utility

Usage

${FMW_HOME}/Oracle_BI1/bifoundation/server/bin/obieerpdpwdchg

obieerpdpwdchg  -I repository_path [-O new_repository_path] [-C] [-H] [-?]
 -I         The path of an existing repository.
 -O         The path of a new repository.
 -C         Check repository password only.
 -H -?      Display this usage information and exit.
