When working and typing a text, you may lose focus (ie the pointer is no more in the application where you were working and you are interrupted in your writing)
This page shows you how to solve it.
Solution
A loss of focus is generated by an application that starts and stop.
Luckily, we can track this processes via Process Monitor 1).
- Install Process Monitor
- Go to the Filter menu
- Add the following filter: Operation is not Process Exit then Exclude
- and Apply
You should then now have a live list of processes that exits.
- Put your caret in your text editor and wait to lose focus
- When you lose focus, check the recent process that have exited.
