Run On Site (ROS) is a ad targeting criteria that allows to target ad impression only for given sites. The ad is targeted at specific domains/publishers in the ad network.
The Run-on-Network targeting criteria can be seen as the opposite of Run-on-Site allowing an ad to run on the entire ad network
