Generally, the campaign starts by searching engagement with the user
- Contact Driven: interactions from the user (visiting a page, opening an email, …).
- Time Driven: after a delay, on a specific date, at predefined time intervals
- assignment to a new segment
- sending an email
- are executed sequentially
- once per contact (a contact will not enter twice the same campaign)
