Marketing - Automation (Campaign Automation)


Marketing Automation are automated Campaign that are created in the form of a workflow

Generally, the campaign starts by searching engagement with the user


Workflow format:

  • trigger:
    • Contact Driven: interactions from the user (visiting a page, opening an email, …).
    • Time Driven: after a delay, on a specific date, at predefined time intervals
  • action:
    • assignment to a new segment
    • sending an email



  • are executed sequentially
  • once per contact (a contact will not enter twice the same campaign)
